Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Lead to join our team on a contract basis. This is a remote role and the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and revenue. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing relationships with them, and creating and managing sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of web development and design principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Relevant experience in a similar role

This is a unique opportunity as the role will be commission only contract for the first 90 days. Upon successfully hitting quotas, the role will transition to full-employment with a base salary, in addition to ongoing commissions.
